My classes are designed for those who are truly interested in becoming a better shooter or instructor. My classes are about continuous development of shooting skills.
My classes are NOT classes in tactics or theories about specific real life shooting scenarios.
My classes are NOT a certification for civilian concealed weapons permit.
There is no set schedule or a list of “tactical” class names to cycle through.
I do classes only on an as requested basis. Classes are customized based on the need of the shooter(s).
If you would like to set up a class, contact me and I will check on the range availability and we can get something scheduled.
What you will need for classes
At LEAST 3 magazines (more is better)
Magazine pouches
Eye and ear protection
Factory Loaded Ammunition
A good quality holster - A good quality holster is a holster that was designed for the specific gun you will be using. A one-size fits all nylon holster is NOT a good quality holster.
– Recommendation –
A good place to start looking for a holster is at the Safariland web site; www.holsters.com
This is a common open top holster: Safariland 5198
*** Holsters that require the use of the trigger finger to manipulate a retention device will NOT be allowed– i.e.….Blackhawk SERPA holster, or similar design. ***

Advanced Instructor Development
This class is directed towards experienced LE instructors. It is part classroom and part shooting. It covers some of the advanced teaching/learning techniques I have found to be the most beneficial over the last 20 years of instructing.
Individual Training Session (ITS)
These training sessions are done on an individual basis (one-on-one). The training is based on what skill(s) I believe you would benefit from the most based your skill level. These seem to be the most productive classes as the drills are focused solely on you and move at your pace.
Arizona Law Enforcement Safety Officer Act (LESOA)
I also conduct Law Enforcement Officer Safety Act (LESOA) qualifications for retired Arizona Police Officers. This consists of a pistol qualification course and a judgmental evaluation. Both according to AZ POST requirements. The LEOSA program exempts qualified active and retired law enforcement officers from select local and State prohibitions on the carrying of concealed firearms. It does not provide police officer liability protection, nor does it completely exempt active or retired officers from all state laws regarding carrying concealed firearms.
Follow this link for additional information for AZ LESOA (click the LEOSA tab)
If you decide not to take a class from me, please take a class from someone with the knowledge and experience to help you learn to safely and efficiently handle your gun and provide you the opportunity to be a positive reflection for the pro-gun community.
Rob is a multi-time National and World Champion in practical pistol shooting. Rob typically only takes students with practical pistol shooting classification of “C” class or better. Rob also provides training to Law Enforcement and Military personnel. When I have questions or need training, Rob is where I go!
Kippi focuses her training on women shooters. Her concept of women learn better from women is the cornerstone to her effective training philosophy. Kippi has also won numerous National and World women's titles. She accepts students of all skill levels and provides a fun and rewarding educational experience.
